Cape Verde : Embassies in Austria, Angola, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China/Hong Kong, Cuba, France, Germany, Guinea, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands (?), Portugal, Russia, Sao Tomé, Senegal, Spain, Sweden, USA
Comoros : 24 h temporary pass issued on arrival, later visit to immigration department necessary
Gambia : 3 day temporary pass issued on arrival, later visit to immigration department necessary, not possible for citizens of countries with Gambian embassies, see List of diplomatic missions of The Gambia
Mongolia : VOA only issued in "exceptional circumstances"
Syria : 15 days (non-embassy countries), see List of diplomatic missions of Syria
