Professor Stephen Donald (Steve) Tyerman FAA is a plant physiologist who has held the Wine Industry Chair of Viticulture at the University of Adelaide since 2001. He is known for his research on the nutrition, salinity and water relations in plants, and is currently head of the Plant Physiology, Viticulture and Horticulture Research Group.[1]
