Giulia Bevilacqua was born on 19 May 1979 in Rome, Italy.

Career

Bevilacqua graduated in 1997 from the Liceo Classico Statale Dante Alighieri in Rome. In 2000, she attended an acting course at the Teatro Training Studio with Luciano Curreli, and later completed a three-year program at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, from which she graduated. She made her television debut in 2003 in the series Un medico in famiglia 3. After that, she performed in several Rai 1 productions, including the series Don Matteo 4 and the miniseries Don Bosco (directed by Lodovico Gasparini), La omicidi (directed by Riccardo Milani), and Una famiglia in giallo (directed by Alberto Simone).

In 2012, she appeared in the Rai 1 series Nero Wolfe and participated in the film 100 metri dal paradiso.

In 2014, she acted in the series Fuoriclasse 2 alongside Luciana Littizzetto, Neri Marcorè, and Fausto Maria Sciarappa, portraying English teacher Gaia Marciali. Her character was confirmed for the third season of the series in early 2015.

In 2020, Bevilacqua took part in the Sky Cinema series Cops – Una banda di poliziotti with Claudio Bisio in the lead role, and her character returned for a second season in 2021.

Personal life

Bevilacqua was in a relationship from 2005 to 2011 with actor Simone Corrente, her co-star on Distretto di Polizia.
