ReggaeDelgado is a teacher and reggae DJ based in Oakland, California. Delgado was born and raised in Oakland, and left when he attended Pomona College. He graduated with a sociology degree in 1998. He began teaching in Los Angeles immediately. In 2003 he moved back to Oakland, and began teaching in Hayward.
