Installation

If you have the script-installer gadget, just click on the "Install" button in the infobox.

Otherwise, place

importScript('User:SD0001/SharedIPTagger.js'); // [[User:SD0001/SharedIPTagger.js]]

on your common.js page.

Usage

The "Shared IP" menu option is available in the "More" dropdown menu, when viewing the user talk page of an IP.

Adding a template will tag the IP as a shared IP address. Most of the Shared IP templates require that the name of the organization that owns or operates the IP address be entered. If one of these templates is selected, Twinkle will require that you fill in the "Organization name" input field, which supports wikitext.
