Technical ideas
I would like to have expandable references, where you could include important quotations while it still looks clearly laid out. So no exclusionist would complain (a bigger problem in the German WP though..) So my Template test is not really functional right now<ref>{{Cite doi expand|10.1902.2Fjop.2008.070654}}</ref>, but I am working on it.
