Welcome! I'm Sarah Mojarad. I'm an instructor at the University of Southern California who uses Wikipedia in the classroom to illustrate the reach and impact of meaningful, online contributions. The course I teach, Social Media for Scientists and Engineers, was originally taught at California Institute of Technology. I co-created the class with Mark E. Davis. We believe it is the first, full-length course that teaches students in Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines about the issues and opportunities of the professional use of social media and digital communication.
