December 2024
- Wikiemdia: nominated at RfD; Target: Wikimedia Foundation (notified); notified Bornacheck (talk · contribs) 11:28, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: Implausible typo
- Main Pag: nominated at RfD; Target: Main Page (notified); notified XLerate (talk · contribs) 12:39, 9 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: I personally think this is an implausible typo, as no one would perfectly type out the entire page name only to then forget the last "e" (I only found this in the first place because I was bored)Even though there was history since 2011, it was always a redirect
- Reverse walkthrough: nominated at AfD; notified Jocoder (talk · contribs) 03:28, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: A) has been unsourced since 2014, B) most uses of "Reverse walkthrough" online are either walkthroughs of a Hyperdimension Neptunia game to do with a completely different meaning (Video_game_walkthrough but starting at the end and backtracking?? Doesn't matter, only source I could find of this meaning is WP:UNRELIABLE)
- Dimitris Vlastellis: nominated at AfD; notified Nicktheol (talk · contribs) 05:34, 11 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: This article has been reliant on only one source since 2009, and a Google search only shows WP:UGC sites
- User:Genome replication/sandbox: nominated at MfD; notified Genome replication (talk · contribs) 07:02, 11 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: Seems like a slightly modified copy of mainspace article Cyanopsia?? I swear there's a CSD for this but I can't find any so I submitted to MfD as a second option
- Failed star: nominated at RfD; Target: Brown dwarf (notified); notified Voortle (talk · contribs) 11:42, 18 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: 0: It's rude to the brown dwarves using wikipedia 1: This phrase is never mentioned anywhere in the text of the article, 2: I'm not too convinced if this is even a plausible redirect because this only had 4 pageviews in the last 30 days as compared to the 19,442 of the target and 3: as @Steel1943 mentioned in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2024_February_9#Failed_wannabe_star this might be potentially confusing with other stuff like a celebrity that was really popular for a short while but eventually fell thanks to time
- Wikipedia:RFD/2018 November 18: nominated at RfD; Target: Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2018 November 18 (notified); notified BrownHairedGirl (talk · contribs) 07:19, 19 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: Why does this specific RfD get a special redirect to it? It's not like this is used anywhere substantial, simply two talk archives for a now blocked user and two other RfDs
- Beyoncé (given name): nominated at RfD; Target: Beyoncé (notified); notified Shonyx (talk · contribs) 07:36, 19 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: This exact redirect was mentioned in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2021_December_19#Budjerah_(given_name) by @Tavix (which I have pinged because he made the comment on that one. Implausible for the same exact reasons
- Virus Barrier: nominated at RfD; Target: Intego (notified); notified Jareha (talk · contribs) 10:25, 20 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: This was actually mentioned (NOT NOMINATED) in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2020_May_20#VirusBarrier as an incorrect redirect, but no one has nominated this specific redirect again since then so I might as well.Nominate for the reasons described over there, "[..] incorrect and doesn't appear to be used at all [..]"
- Complex math: nominated at RfD; Target: Complex number (notified); notified Matthiaspaul (talk · contribs) 09:18, 21 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: Complex numbers aren't the only complex part of math though? For one, several people have lamented (publicly and privately) about how stuff like calculus and algebra are complex as well. For second, what's considered complex can be different from person to person (for example, a 6-year-old would think something like "8/4" is the hardest question ever made whereas a recreational mathematician could probably do it easily), so complex numbers might not actually be that complex to certain people.
- Fastest man-made object: nominated at RfD; Target: Parker Solar Probe (notified); notified Veggies (talk · contribs) 04:24, 22 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: I would've CSD'd this but it's not the same target as the previous RFD at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2017_December_13#Xest_Y, so..."Wikipedia is not a trivia cheat sheet. Feel free to nominate similar redirects here" - prev nom
- Proteen: nominated at RfD; Target: Protein (notified); notified RedactedHumanoid (talk · contribs) 11:42, 22 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: I could only find mostly NN brand names from a search for "Proteen", and one single YouTube account. Couldn't find anything about people misspelling "protein" as this
- Hindh: nominated at RfD; Target: Names for India (notified); notified Crashed greek (talk · contribs) 05:22, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: "Hindh" isn't mentioned in that section (or anywhere, really). This would be borderline CSDable since there IS technically a prior consensus, but it's not the same target as it was when the previous discussion happened
- Chick-Fila: nominated at RfD; Target: Chick-fil-A (notified); notified DopefishJustin (talk · contribs) 10:01, 23 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: Admittedly a pretty weak nom due to the capitalization and the dash, but couldn't it also be possible that a learner who doesn't natively speak english would also be looking for the chick tenders article
- User:Awilh37/Android vs. Apple: nominated at MfD; notified Awilh37 (talk · contribs) 00:59, 24 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: From my understanding, user essays are only allowed if they're directly about Wikipedia. You better fracking believe that a page called "Android vs. Apple" won't be directly about Wikipedia[FBDB]To put it more politely, this article isn't about the Android vs. Apple debate in a viewpoint that puts it into the perspective of Wikipedia (like, for example, WP:BFDI does) but rather reads like a kind of soapbox to share your opinions regarding the Android vs. Apple debate (which is what Reddit is for and not us)
- Kitty cat: nominated at RfD; Target: Cat (notified); notified WikidSmaht (talk · contribs) 08:30, 25 December 2024 (UTC)
- Neon cat: nominated at RfD; Target: Nyan Cat (notified); notified Arlo Barnes (talk · contribs) 05:25, 27 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: No proof that "Neon cat" is used as a misspelling for Nyan Cat, I mostly find neon signs showcasing cats and a non-notable [Simulator] pet
- Rehabilitation (addiction): nominated at RfD; Target: Drug rehabilitation (notified); notified 220 of Borg (talk · contribs) 05:29, 27 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: Drug addictions are not the only kind of addictions[citation needed], nor is drug rehabilitation the only kind of addiction rehabilitation out there.
- T Swift: nominated at RfD; Target: Taylor Swift (notified); notified Wjad (talk · contribs) 14:15, 27 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: WP:PANDORA is strong with this one. To be more specific, since this is the only "[first-name-initial] [last-name]" redirect I know of, this might potentially lead readers into thinking there's more redirects like this one.
- Smasnug: nominated at RfD; Target: Samsung (notified); notified Zenphia1 (talk · contribs) 02:55, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
- Reason: This REALLY doesn't seem like a plausible misspelling for "Samsung". If anything, this should redirect to Shanzhai as "Smasnug" is a semi-infamous Shanzhai producer
January 2025
- Wiii: nominated at RfD; Target: Wii (notified); notified Raynore329 (talk · contribs) 08:17, 1 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: A Raynore329 redirect that didn't get deleted in the mass deletion spree. I personally don't think this is plausible.
- Guaifenesin/codeine/pseudoephedrine: nominated at RfD; Target: Cold medicine (notified); notified Doc James (talk · contribs) 03:30, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This seems like a rare case of WP:XY happening to 3 different things at the same time.
- Portal:Game development: nominated at RfD; Target: Portal:Video games (notified); notified Wikinium (talk · contribs) 03:59, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: There's nothing on game development in the Video games portal
- Protogen: nominated at RfD; Target: Fursona (notified); notified Cyberwolf (talk · contribs) 03:54, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: There are somehow FOUR (three if you don't count the "The Expanse" one) possible targets for this page:- The current target, talks more about the history of protos than defining them.- The Wiktionary page, which actually defines them in a easy-to-understand way.- The Expanse (tv series), although [mention] in that article simply says "Hey, someone named Daniel Kash is the head researcher of Protogen" and doesn't elaborate on Protogen itself so probably not a good target.- According to Wiktionary, Protoporphyrinogen IX might also be a reasonable target for biochemists. If this RFD was made some-time in the 2010's, I probably would've picked Protoporphyrinogen IX as a definite target. However, this is 2025 so the first two targets would probably be the best ones. So, the question is: which one of the first two targets does the community of Wikipedia editors think is a better one? One that talks about the HISTORY of protos but doesn't actually define them for people who don't know what they are, OR a soft redirect to the Wiktionary page which is just objectively good (however, since it's a soft redirect, BOLDly retargeting it would probably be controversial)
- Existential threat: nominated at RfD; Target: Global catastrophic risk (notified); notified Castncoot (talk · contribs) 04:35, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
- Onlyinclude: nominated at RfD; Target: Help:Template (notified); notified Elli (talk · contribs) 04:56, 29 January 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Possibly inappropiate XNR? Also note: Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2021_February_21#Onlyinclude
February 2025
- Orange hypergiant: nominated at RfD; Target: Hypergiant (notified); notified 21.Andromedae (talk · contribs) 14:09, 7 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: orange is not yellow.[citation needed] why would a redirect about ORANGE hypergiants redirect to a YELLOW hypergiant? that's like redirecting green apples to red apples
- HowDoesOneEditaPage: nominated at RfD; Target: Help:Editing (notified); notified Antrotherkus (talk · contribs) 09:39, 9 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: A) previously deleted in a separate RFD (Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2020_April_10#HowDoesOneEditaPageB) R from CamelCase should only be used for OLD pages or for pages where the camelcasing is plausible.C) Inappropiate and implausible XNRD) all of the 10 links to this redirect are unanimously about the OLD version of the page
- PlayStation(R)4: nominated at RfD; Target: PlayStation 4 (notified); notified MSMST1543 (talk · contribs) 02:17, 17 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Recreation of previous RFD material - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2018_February_14#PlayStation(R)4
- DK King of Swing DS: nominated at RfD; Target: Donkey Kong: Jungle Climber (notified); notified Cipher (talk · contribs) 07:25, 17 February 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Recreation of former RFD material - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2018_March_21#DK_King_of_Swing_DS
March 2025
- LemonParty: nominated at RfD; Target: Shock site (notified); notified WhisperToMe (talk · contribs) 08:41, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: this is definitely a shock site that exists (proof: i fell for it when i was 12. long story), however since it's not mentioned to any encyclopedic extent in this article I propose that this redirect should be deleted
- Recreational hypnosis: nominated at RfD; Target: Erotic hypnosis (notified); notified Wesley Pimentel (talk · contribs) 09:03, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Although A) this is a redir from page move so we might need to be somewhat cautious of external links and B) thanks to what I can only call a redirect-specific version of WP:CITEGENESIS where other sources use Wikipedia as a synonym site, NN videos have started using the term in THIS sense...it should be worth noted that the majority of usecases of "recreational hypnosis" I could find referred to... well, "recreational hypnosis" - as in turning someone into a chicken or something.
- Greenhouse gas emissions from streaming music: nominated at RfD; Target: Streaming media (notified); notified Jarble (talk · contribs) 10:55, 4 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: NOTE: This has been RFD'd before, but that one was closed as keep as at the time the section was still there. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2022_March_6#Greenhouse_gas_emissions_from_streaming_music ).The reason I'm re-nominating this redirect is because the section no longer exists, and as such we no longer have any information on the greenhouse emissions from music streaming.
- GPT-5: nominated at RfD; Target: ChatGPT (notified); notified JPxG (talk · contribs) 06:08, 5 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This SEEMS too soon at a glance, but considering the fact that reliable news sources have mentioned a GPT-5 coming out, this actually makes a surprising amount of sense. So, then, why am I nominating this redirect? Simple. 'Because it's not mentioned in the article.'
- Khabardar (unreleased film): nominated at RfD; Target: T. Rama Rao (notified); notified Gotitbro (talk · contribs) 10:57, 7 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2019_February_15#Khabardar_(unreleased_film) for my reasonsnote that a khabardar mention has still not been added after the 6 years between the last rfd. otherwise, i would've simply specified
- Areo Magazine: nominated at RfD; Target: Helen Pluckrose (notified); notified Sangdeboeuf (talk · contribs) 04:46, 8 March 2025 (UTC)
- Serious Games Interactive: nominated at RfD; Target: Global Conflicts: Palestine (notified); notified Egenfeldt (talk · contribs) 07:16, 8 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: The group is arguably much more infamous for "Playing History 2 - Slave Trade" (and ESPECIALLY the Slave Tetris minigame), so perhaps this redirect should be deleted to avoid confusion
- List of Left Behind characters: nominated at AfD; notified Jvcdude (talk · contribs) 09:41, 10 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Someone suggested at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2025_March_6#Lukas_Miklos that this page should be AFD'd for being a poorly-sourced fancruft page, and as such I decided to step up to the job :P
- MAIN PAGE!: nominated at RfD; Target: Main Page (notified); notified Cenedlaetholwr Cymreig (talk · contribs) 10:25, 10 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: The exclamation mark at the end is what pushes this straight into implausible territory.
- ''Crusader'' 1865 ship: nominated at RfD; Target: Crusader (1865 ship) (notified); notified Llammakey (talk · contribs) 11:12, 10 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Per prior consensus (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2019_May_7#Weird_Al_Yankovic and that's only ONE rfd), redirects with double single apostrophes in a row should be deleted to avoid technical problems.
- User:Meco/Ascensionism: nominated at MfD; notified Meco (talk · contribs); notified Kevinfreels (talk · contribs) 02:59, 11 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: I was going to G13 this page but then swiftly realized that there was history from 2006 so I decided to go through MfD just in case there's any attribution concerns.
- Amanda Fucking Palmer: nominated at RfD; Target: Amanda Palmer (notified); notified Tenkun (talk · contribs) 01:53, 12 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This subject USED to have this "nickname" of sorts on their website, but now that their website has since been modified to get RID of this nickname, this redirect serves no purpose but as fodder for mocking Amanda (which is what WP:G10 is for)
- Wayward Tide: nominated at RfD; Target: Chucklefish (notified); notified Dissident93 (talk · contribs) 02:04, 12 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Back when this redirect was made, WT was announced to be in development AND was listed in the article. However, the latest news I could find of the game is now 9 years ago, the game is no longer listed in the article, and this game is now essentially vaporware with just some Reddit posts and images from Adam Riches (the artist) as proof this game was even a concept.
- Proffessor sir John Tooke: nominated at RfD; Target: John Tooke (notified); notified Sch w (talk · contribs) 08:29, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This is the only place on ENWP the misspelling "Proffessor" exists. + this article does have history from 2007, but it would be speedy'd as a duplicate would it be made today
- Sush: nominated at RfD; Target: Shush-e Olya (notified); notified Carlossuarez46 (talk · contribs) 15:00, 21 March 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This retarget requires a few layers of abstraction (Sūsh is an alternative form, and removing a diacretic would result in Sush) in it's current form, when in actuality most of the people using this in day-to-day usage mean sushi (which ALSO requires a few layers of abstraction, being a slang term) so I think this should either be weak retargeted to sushi or deleted.
April 2025
- Linux mascot: nominated at RfD; Target: Tux (mascot) (notified); notified Thue (talk · contribs) 14:31, 4 April 2025 (UTC)
- Kiki the Cyber Squirrel: nominated at RfD; Target: Krita (notified); notified Archiestokes (talk · contribs) 04:04, 5 April 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: ##Mascot was deleted, and the only mentions of Kiki in the modern article is 1) in a image caption and 2) as a link to "list of software mascots"
- Mcr discography: nominated at RfD; Target: My Chemical Romance discography (notified); notified Officially Mr X (talk · contribs) 03:54, 11 April 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: stop. no. you can't just redirect this to My Chemical Romance's discography and call it a day. you forgot that Modena City Ramblers has the exact same initials
- Cheezel: nominated at RfD; Target: Cheezels (notified); notified Utopes (talk · contribs) 09:01, 15 April 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: (my australian bias is trying hard to not kick in right now)"Cheezel" is ambiguous to (yes, the snack food) but also a Mickey Mouse Funhouse character (where Cheezel (character) redirects to), so I vote for weak disambiguation
- Gojo (character): nominated at AfD; notified Siddhartha Shah (talk · contribs) 10:17, 21 April 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This article has been unsourced since 2023, all the Raj-specific sources I could find are unreliable, and people searching this are more likely looking for Satoru (which, to be fair, IS hatnoted but still). I know this because this article has gotten 433 pageviews in the past 30 days BUT the article on Satoru alone has gotten 15,160 in the past 10
- PD2: nominated at RfD; Target: The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (notified); notified Limetolime (talk · contribs) 01:37, 26 April 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Too ambigous for it's own good. According to google, I get:- Results for a NN Diablo 2 mod called "Project Diablo 2" (this seems to by far be the most popular use)- Some random flying disk (also NN)- Payday 2- A WP:PTM for a thermometer's model codeNo mentions of "The Princess Diaries 2"
May 2025
- Fur baby: nominated at RfD; Target: Pet (notified); notified Gobonobo (talk · contribs) 12:49, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: fur baby isn't mentioned in the target
- Auto-asphyxiate: nominated at RfD; Target: Erotic asphyxiation (notified); notified Sugarcubez (talk · contribs) 02:18, 6 May 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This isn't the only reason for autoasphyxiation out there. Also potentially ambiguous to the blackout challenge, the choking game and a semi-popular form of self-unaliving.
- Shatter belt (geopolitcs): nominated at RfD; Target: Shatter belt (geopolitics) (notified); notified Graeme Bartlett (talk · contribs) 08:18, 14 May 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This is the only use of "geopolitcs" in any name. The other two uses is an instance in the name of an organization, which should probably be fixed, and a use in a source name, which should not be fixed (assuming the typo is also in the source name itself)
- Master/slave relationship: nominated at RfD; Target: Master/slave (BDSM) (notified); notified 63.116.169.13 (talk · contribs) 13:29, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: admittedly a weak nom, but there IS also technically a "relationship" in regular, non-kinky slavery as well, as relationship simply means "a way in which two or more people behave and are involved with each other" (definition grabbed from wikipedia) so uhh that's a possible problem.weak, because the kink seems to be a way more common meaning for "master/slave relationship" but still worthy enough of a hatnote. this is only in RfD because i still have no idea if this is even a likely enough ambiguation TO need a hatnote in the first place
- Dry humping: nominated at RfD; Target: Non-penetrative sex (notified); notified Patrick (talk · contribs) 09:42, 18 May 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: that is NOT what dry humping meansdry humping basically means simulating sex without actually having sex (usually this means with your clothes on). frottage is STILL sex
June 2025
- 🥹: nominated at RfD; Target: Emoji (notified); notified MightyArms (talk · contribs) 04:11, 13 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: is a redirect from a specific emoji expressing a specific emotion to the Emoji page in general really THAT much better than just... not having a redirect until a much more reasonable target gets found?
- Arrowroot biscuit: nominated at RfD; Target: Uraro (notified); notified Obsidian Soul (talk · contribs) 11:33, 15 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: there is also an australian biscuit called a "milk arrowroot biscuit" that, based off my research, looks to be different from uraro
- Blood sport (BDSM): nominated at RfD; Target: Fetishism (notified); notified Karada (talk · contribs) 12:09, 15 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: A) this isn't even the correct KIND of fetish,B) this target has nothing on blood sport / blood play, nor does sexual fetishism. List of paraphilias has autovampirism and hematolagnia, which are similar but not the same as blood play (which Wiktionary defines as "Sexual activity in which a participant is deliberately cut so as to release blood.")
- Breathe (upcoming film): nominated at RfD; Target: Breathe (2024 film) (notified); notified MikeAllen (talk · contribs) 12:30, 16 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: 2024 is no longer upcoming, and 9 pageviews per 30 days seems like "noise" to me
- Mercy fuck: nominated at RfD; Target: Human sexual activity (notified); notified BD2412 (talk · contribs) 11:50, 19 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: unmentioned term
- Seggs: nominated at RfD; Target: Sexual intercourse (notified); notified Duckmather (talk · contribs) 11:51, 19 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: could also refer to human sexual activity in general
- Foot play: nominated at RfD; Target: Flirting (notified); notified C.columbus (talk · contribs) 08:09, 24 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: this can refer to A) footsies (in which case this should be targeting footsies or B) foot fetish (in which case this should be targeting foot fetishism). either way, this current target is just inappropriate for either options
- Yutaka Kobayashi: nominated at AfD; notified Ryulong (talk · contribs) 05:02, 25 June 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: all of these links are mostly dead links, except for the link to Yutaka_Kobayashi_(actor). for a disambiguation page, this is bad
July 2025
- Beanie boo: nominated at RfD; Target: Beanie Babies (notified); notified Beanieboolover (talk · contribs) 03:21, 4 July 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Beanie Boos are NOT Beanie Babies.Beanie Babies come in many forms, whereas Beanie Boos are specifically big-eyed, small plushies. Beanie Boos are mentioned multiple times by name on ENWP, but none of them (save for probably the company's page as a TM:R with possibilities?) seem like a good fit.
- Leash (BDSM): nominated at RfD; Target: BDSM (notified); notified Interesdom (talk · contribs) 07:37, 12 July 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: leashes are only mentioned once at the target article, in an image caption. i.e, there's not enough information for this redirect to make sense targeting anywhere.i should note that this used to be a article sourced to an unreliable source before it was was redirected by @Drmies, and that this has history going back as early as 2005
- Birdseye Frozen Foods: nominated at RfD; Target: Clarence Birdseye (notified); notified DavidLevinson (talk · contribs) 03:23, 20 July 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: correct me if i'm wrong here, but i'm pretty sure this could also refer to the modern frozen food company Birds Eye
- The Fresh Food People: nominated at RfD; Target: Safeway (Australia) (notified); notified Plasamas (talk · contribs) 12:49, 31 July 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Woolworths (supermarket) also uses this slogan. Should we redirect to a defunct supermarket chain that predominantly shows this slogan, or to a very-much-still-alive supermarket chain that uses it as a subtitle of sorts?
August 2025
- Somno: nominated at RfD; Target: Zolpidem (notified); notified Stefán Örvar Sigmundsson (talk · contribs) 08:48, 2 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: "Somno" is unmentioned at this target. "somno-" appears to be a prefix meaning "sleep", but when someone says "somno" and only "somno" (without a -), you're no longer dealing with a prefix
- ///: nominated at RfD; Target: Three stripes (notified); notified Triggerhippie4 (talk · contribs) 08:09, 5 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: the adidas three stripes as seen in their logo aren't forward slashes (/) but back slashes (\). also, "///" is a much better way to instead textually represent the blush stickers / luminescent blush on anime characters... which is currently something we don't cover to my knowledge.
- Arthur Gets Grounded: nominated at RfD; Target: Vyond (notified); notified SpecialBaby677 (talk · contribs) 08:28, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This is related to Cailou Gets Grounded, a page that has been created and deleted many-a times. As such, since many prior discussions over on Talk:Cailou have stated many times that CGG is not reliable and should also not have a article or even redirect anywhere. So, since this is related to CGG...
- Chiquita sticker: nominated at RfD; Target: Price look-up code (notified); notified XxTimberlakexx (talk · contribs) 09:28, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
- Love slave: nominated at RfD; Target: Dominance and submission (notified); notified Angie Y. (talk · contribs) 07:16, 11 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: "slave" is a bit of a strong word to refer to D/sas such, that's not a good target."love slave" can refer to either A) an unconsensual sex slave or B) a consensual sex slave
- Worldcorp Enterprises: nominated at RfD; Target: Pizzagate conspiracy theory (notified); notified Thatfunnyguy444 (talk · contribs) 07:59, 11 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: I have recently found a new obsession: Worldcorp Enterprises, as is mentioned here. However, as edgy and borderline CA-ish as it can get (like "fatherhood.wma" for example), I don't think it was ever rolled in with Pizzagate, as I could find nothing from a quick search. And Worldcorp is no longer mentioned in this article anyhow.
- Mickey Mouse slim: nominated at RfD; Target: Mickey Mouse (TV series) (notified); notified DoctorHver (talk · contribs) 08:39, 16 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Created by the same person who made Wikipedia:Redirects_for_discussion/Log/2020_August_13#Mickey_Mouse_Silm, and also mentioned in that RFD but this redirect has been forgotten about until now"slim" not mentioned in target article, and the edit message doesn't seem to provide any useful hints either. the creator is still active to this day, so:Hey,DoctorHver, I know this was ~8 years ago, but do you know exactly why you made this redirect?
- Goreshit: nominated at RfD; Target: Breakcore (notified); notified Gagaluv1 (talk · contribs) 04:24, 18 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: A) goreshit was only mentioned in a very brief list of 2 breakcore bands that did see a revival in 2020 (alongside Machine Girl)B) goreshit have made songs since the early 2000's, so this redirect is potentially misleading (implying goreshit is one of the newer breakcore artists when they're not)
- GPT-6: nominated at RfD; Target: ChatGPT (notified); notified Thriley (talk · contribs) 13:05, 28 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: GPT-5 just barely came out earlier this month. GPT-6 is still quite a whiles away, and as such this is purely WP:CRYSTAL
- Sequential-Art: nominated at RfD; Target: Comics (notified); notified The Cunctator (talk · contribs) 02:00, 31 August 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This might be better off targeting Sequential art, but considering the odd placement of the capitals (which this exact capitalization is usually used to refer to a NN webcomic) and the dash, I think this should be deleted instead. It's not mentioned in Comics either.

- 1967 referendum: nominated at RfD; Target: 1967 Australian referendum (Aboriginals) (notified); notified Swamp Ig (talk · contribs) 02:35, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: This could plausibly refer to A) the aboriginal part of this referendum, B) the part relating to increasing the amount of members in parliment or C) the entire thing
- Coughing fetish: nominated at RfD; Target: Smoking fetishism (notified); notified DO'Neil (talk · contribs) 04:35, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Coughing fetish is a real thing (as many-a porn sites and subreddits can reassure you), but it's not related to smoking fetish. You can have a smoking fetish without having a coughing fetish, and you can also have a coughing fetish without having a smoking fetish.

- Steve Apple: nominated at RfD; Target: Steve Jobs (notified); notified Griffin Wilkins (talk · contribs) 08:46, 3 October 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Steve Jobs is so well known in the general public that even people who aren't in the slightest interested in the history of Apple know that Steve Jobs was the CEO until Tim Cook took over.Note that I didn't nominate Tim Apple, because that misnomer is A) notable, as it was stated by Trump and B) mentioned in the article

- Neera Arya: nominated at AfD; notified TheSlumPanda (talk · contribs) 13:02, 7 November 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Delete (or at the bare minimum, draftify pending production of high-quality sources) per WP:V / WP:RS. The article's main claims (that "Neera Arya" was an INA captain, killed her husband to protect Bose, was tortured in the Andamans, etc.) is sourced to (a) a OJS house-journal started in 2021 that is not indexed in DOAJ and lacks independent standing, (b) pop-history/entertainment write-ups, and (c) a privately-run tribute blog (netajisubhasbose.org) that mixes opinionated claims "cited" to social media and self-published sources with unsourced assertations. None of these meet the quality needed for extraordinary, highly specific historical claims.Meanwhile, reliable institutional resources for Bose/INA - like National Archives of India’s “Netaji Papers” portal (hundreds of declassified files since Jan 2016) and the Netaji Research Bureau (museum/archives/Collected Works) - have no demonstrated, citable, mention of Neera Arya. If such a reference exists, the onus is on !keep votes to produce a concrete file/catalogue ID.The article further assents an autobiography allegedly initially printed in 1966/1968, but the prints of the autobiography that's verifiable today are 2022-2023 reprints from small presses; and no library catalogue record for a 1960's version has been reported. As it stands, that source claim is WP:CIRCULAR.For context, verifiably documented INA women like Lakshmi Sahgal (official Govt. condolence acknowledging her INA role) and Saraswathi Rajamani (contemporary Telegraph India report, 2005) are supported by mainstream sources. That level of sourcing is absent here.
- Krypto the super dog: nominated at RfD; Target: Krypto (notified); notified Narutois (talk · contribs) 07:27, 8 November 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: The problem with this redirect is that there's also a show called Krypto the Superdog, which Krypto the superdog redirects to. However, due to the added space, this isn't as cut-and-dry as it initially seems like
- WhyOnEarthWouldIWantToContributeToaWiki: nominated at RfD; Target: Wikipedia:Reasons to contribute (notified); notified Conversion script (talk · contribs) 08:00, 30 November 2025 (UTC)
- Reason: Unlikely redirect. I should note that the properly formatted form, Why on earth would I want to contribute to a wiki? doesn't exist (nor should it). Also, history doesn't really save an article (as many of the pages on Wikipedia:First_100_pages have redlinks).

- PKMN: nominated at RfD; Target: Pokémon (notified); notified Nintendude (talk · contribs) 02:07, 6 January 2026 (UTC)
- Reason: This could also be plausibly used to refer to Pikmin, as that also shares the letters P, K, M and N in that specific order. As such, this causes confusion between two entirely different Nintendo franchises.I would personally recommend a disambiguation page containing the aforementioned 2 entries (as well as any wiki-mentioned entries should they appear).
- Kimi V2: nominated at RfD; Target: Moonshot AI (notified) 03:13, 10 January 2026 (UTC)
- Reason: The model is called "Kimi K2", not "Kimi V2". Move without redirect to "Kimi K2"
