Hi! I'm TS Philosopher Daniel, a philosophy graduate student and Trans Studies Fellow at California State University, Los Angeles. I have set up this account to make uncontroversial and helpful contributions to articles related to the subfield of Trans Philosophy (which has no wikipedia article of its own as of writing this!).
Right now, I am writing about Dr. Talia Mae Bettcher, who is my academic mentor. I would like to disclose that my contributions, made in consultation with Dr. Bettcher, are thoroughly researched, well-cited, and written in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines (including those on COI, Reliable Sources, Verifiability, Neutral POV, Biographies of Living Persons, No Original Research, and Notability).
My aim is to uphold Wikipedia's mission and follow these policies closely while hopefully improving the available information about Trans Philosophy on Wikipedia.
