Account establishment
As you already guessed, I'm a Wikipedia editor residing in the Great, Sunshine state of Florida. I registered this account back on April 9, 2022, with plans to do editing on Wikipedia someday, but never got around to doing so until nearly two years later. One edit was made during 2023, but my first major contributions came onto the article, Ben Tennyson throughout 2024. While I watched the show from time to time, I never gave much thought into the character's biography until I saw how underdeveloped it was on Wikipedia. I mainly contributed towards the Fictional Character Biography. After that, I did grammar edits on several articles. Beginning in 2025, I started contributing on articles related to Donald Trump. With a new Presidency starting on January 20, 2025, it gave me a chance to actively edit on an active Presidency in its early stages, but most of my work ended up going towards First 100 days of the Second Trump Presidency.
While I never stopped editing on Trump-related articles, I moved towards covering media conglomerates, with my true work coming onto the corporate activities and the affiliated parent companies of Warner Bros. Entertainment. Throughout 2025, I reshaped the Kinney National Company from top to finish, adding much of the information presently on the article. I'm also working on helping to restore previously existing Wikipedia pages that became redirects, like Merger of Discovery, Inc. and WarnerMedia along with Warner Communications. A major breakthrough came with the Acquisition of Time Warner by AT&T. Before the page was published, the deal had no existing Wikipedia article, and it came me a chance to publish my first Merger and Acquisition page. It took some time but was eventually published on September 22, 2025. That page unknowingly led to my interest in corporate law and telecommunications, leading me to research weekly about them. I also published my second article, Acquisition of DirecTV by AT&T.
I planned on creating a hypothetical "Proposed sale of Warner Bros. Discovery" sometime in Fall 2025 after Paramount Skydance submitted numerous unsolicited bids to acquire the company, but once again came around to not doing it. I had a draft on the page, but it sat empty along with other drafts. Eventually, Netflix & Warner announced an ill-fated merger deal on December 5, 2025, and I rushed to publish a page, but another editor had already published the article. One lesson it taught me was to make better use of time. Paramount Skydance later submitted a hostile bid to acquire Warner Bros. on December 8. This time, I published the article Proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery by Paramount Skydance, but a consensus was reached to redirect to the main page. Ironically, Netflix ended up withdrawing from acquiring Warner in February 2026, and now the article will likely be renamed towards my older redirect. Kinda funny how life ends up playing out.
