Information
For candidates
- Please share your accomplishments to your userspace if you can, it makes my job easier.
- If I oppose your RfA, please do not be too upset about it. Instead, look at the problem/s I've listed, and see how you can improve, either for the rest of this election or for the next one.
Table
- Words listed
in green
are directly quoted from what the candidate (or someone else relevant) said.
- Civility is considered very, very highly here.

Additional problematic behavior
UtherSRG
A successful recall was nominated for him, which can be found here, and has 25 signatures.
. I would strongly recommend reading his recall nomination before !voting on his RFA.
- Conversations used for evidence include:
- They were accused of violating WP:BITE, WP:INVOLVED, and other policies
- Failure to improve despite previous notices
Yue
Yue follows policy and is not outright rude. However, they can often be blunt, firm, or cold in their tone.
Example 1
Here is the first example.
In it, Yue says things like these:
I'm not sure where you got the idea to
...You backpedaled on the second point before I finished my response, but describing either outlet as simply left or right is not only unjustified by the sources given (opeds by contributors), it's also a mischaracterisation.
A fact isn't being censored, you just stated a fringe opinion which you share without even citing other supporters of the opinion properly.
You can't make a bad edit and then demand other editors clean it up for you as the resolution.
(this one was after the other user said they refused to apologize for "adding facts to an article").
Example 2
- A user asked for an unsourced edit to be made, to which Yue replied
Just include a reliable source. The question is never if an editor(s) personally has an objection or not.
Again, while Yue is technically correct, I think a warmer and more gentle tone would be much appreciated in their answers. This should be something important for adminsistrators, as they are representatives of Wikipedia.
In addition
Yue has limited experience in WP:CPN, despite claiming to want to help with that, as can be seen here.
Notes
- I have no specific requirement in terms of edit count. After all, it's the quality that matters, not quantity. The higher the edit count, the more it is rounded.
- This counts successful nominations by the candidate, and does not include reviews. If you're a candidate, it would help if you put these accomplishments in your user page.
- Often plays into account, but I don't think that this alone should be enough to disqualify someone, unless unacknowledged or severe. Inappropriate blocks (e.g. ones that were by mistake) are not counted here.
- See below the table for more.
- However, some objections are raised over at their discussion page.
