W. Webster Newbold is Associate Professor of English at Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, USA. As a member of the rhetoric and composition departmental area, Newbold teaches both digital and traditional literacies, with a scholarly specialization in Renaissance rhetoric. He is currently (Spring 2013) teaching ENG 213, Introduction to Digital Literacies.
