- During the creation of an article, there is a difference between sources that are WP:N reliable, sources that are reliable for claims within an article, and sources that are never reliable for either WP:N or General Claims.
- Reviewers of drafts are typically trying to vet whether the sources within the article are WP:N reliable. For a biography, there is a higher standard of scrutiny.
