Alexandrovsky (music)

Alexandrovsky is the music that was composed for ballroom dance in the 19th century Russia.

The music for "Rosalia of the Mountains" is "Alexandrovsky" (Russian: Александровский, English: Alexandrovsky[1]), a dance piece written for ballroom dancing in 19th century Russia, but the composer is unknown. This dance of a male-female pair is danced by people in Israel, where there are many Russian Jews, and more recently in Japan. [2][3]]

The Japanese lyrics were published in 1956 as "Rosalia of the Farm" by Toujio Oka, but it was not a big hit. Later, it became popular and was often sung at singing cafes, and in 1961 it was published under the title "Rosalia of the Mountain" by the Three Graces, and became a big hit. [4][5]]

Other singers include Bonnie Jacks and Dark Ducks. The female name Rosaria (Rosario, male name Rosario) is not a Russian name, but rather an Italian or Spanish name.

The stone walls of Japanese castles were built under the leadership of the stonemasonry group called the Anōshū.^[1]

The Anōshū (Japanese: 穴太衆) or Anō Groups were the groups of stonemasonry engineers that were active in the Azuchi-Momoyama and early Edo Periods, roughly in the late 16th to the 17th centuries in Japan. They were mainly engaged in building the stone walls and moats of the temples and castles, that can be still observed today. They were from Anō, a villlage in Sakamoto (坂本), Ōmi Province, now included in the city of Ōtsu, just east of Kyoto.

The Anōshū apparently gained their stonemasonry experience by working on the stone walls of the Enryaku-ji Buddhist Temple nearby, and Oda Nobunaga's Azuchi Castle, built from 1576 to 1579, as one of the first large-scale castles in Japan.

Two clans were prominently recognized among the Ano groups. The Goto Clan (後藤家), which originated from Goto Mootsugu (ja:後藤基次), was invoved in building Osaka Castle and Kanazawa Castle in Kaga Domain, now iIshikawa Prefecture. The Awata Clan (粟田家), established in early Edo period with Awaya Kichibei (阿波屋喜兵衛) as its founder, while working on the maintenance of the Enryaku-ji, Hikone Castle and other castles, was incorporated as Awata Construction in 1964 and has recently expanded its business, such as in the stone walls that surround Rolex Customer Center in Dallas, Texas.^[2]^[3]

Anata-shu is a popular name for Anata (also known as Anata-no-sato [Anata village]), located at the foot of Mount Hiei in Omi. Sakamoto Anata in present-day Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. It is said that he was a descendant of stonemasons who built ancient tombs. He was entrusted to work as a stonemason for temples, but his advanced skills were recognized when he constructed the stonewalls of Azuchi Castle, which led to his involvement in the construction of castle walls by Oda Nobunaga, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and others. From then until the beginning of the Edo period, stonewalls for many castles were built under the direction of Anotashu. The town of Sakamoto in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture originally prospered as a shrine town built around the two major shrines of Enryaku-ji and the Hiyoshi Taisha. Many traces of the town's past still remain even today, and you can see where Enryaku-ji's monks retired at "satobo", as well as the houses people lived in, and the old fences. The famous stone walls here were built by a historic stonemason society called Anoshu. The stones were stacked together without processing the stones found in nature, utilizing the surfaces and corners of the stone to hold them together. A particular feature of the walls is the variety of stone sizes. Anoshu is also said to have been involved in the construction of castles such as Azuchi Castle, Fushimi Castle, and Nagoya Castle. The stone walls surrounding the satobo on the road to Hiyoshi Taisha are particularly beautiful, and this is a very popular spot. On the north side of Hiei Sakamoto Station there is a statue of Saicho who opened the Tendai Buddhist sect in Japan, as well as Shogenji's temple bell. When the samurai Oda Nobunaga laid siege to Mt. Hiei and set it ablaze, it was said that this bell was rung to alert the villagers of what was going on. In addition to the Hiyoshi Taisha and Enryaku-ji, there are numerous other tourist attractions such as the Hiyoshi Toshogu, Saiko-ji, the Hakko-do Sentai Jizo, Hiyoshi Chaen, and Sakamoto castle ruins.

Karakoshun Lake was an inland lake located in the Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China, which is now dry.

Karakoshun Lake is one of the major depressions in the southeastern part of the Tarim Basin, the others including Lop Nur and Taitema Lake. Until the first half of the 20th century, it was the terminal lake of the Talim River, that emptiesd into Lop Nur, recorded by the explorers, Nikolay Przhevalsky, Sven Hedin and Folke Bergman as the "Kara koshun" wetland^[2]. It also received water from Taitema Lake, which collected water from the Qiemo River.

By the end of the 20th century, Karakoshun Lake had completely dried up.^[3]

Taitema Lake (Chinese: 台特玛湖) is a endorheic lake in Ruoqiang County, Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, southeast of the Tarim Basin, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China. It is located in the northern part of Ruochang County and is pne of the three main depressions of that area, the other two being Kalakshun Lake (喀拉库顺湖) and Lop Nor.

For about the 1,500 years before 1921, the Tarim River poured into Taitema Lake from north, the Qiemo River from southwest, and the lake water overflowed southward into Karakushun Lake and then entered Lop Nur from south.

n 1959, the area of Taitma Lake was 183 square kilometers. ^[1] However, Lake Taitma completely dried up by 1974.

Since 2010, a large amount of water from the Qiemo River, which originates from the Kunlun Mountains, created Taitema Lake of about 300 square kilometers. The current water source of Taitema Lake is mainly from the Qiemo.

In 1952, Bishop Charles P. Gilson (吉爾生主教) dispatched Rev. Yue-Han Lin (林約翰) to take charge of establishing a church in Keelung. In November, 1952, Rev. Lin purchased a two-story building at No. 53 Tung Ming Road. In May 1953, on the Day of Pentecost, Bishop Chi consecrated Holy Trinity Church and appointed Lin as pastor.^[3]

In February 1967, the new Holy Trinity building was built as a four-story building at No. 163 Tung Ming Road, which is today's church building. Its second floor was used as a chapel, third floor as the priest's residence, and fourth floor as the student dormitory for the local Keelung junior high girls' school.

In January 1991, Rev. Ling-Ling Chang (張玲玲) became a pastor. From Kona International Airport, about 15 minutes by a taxi or rental car, via Queen Kaafumanu Highway and Palani Road. There is a large car park on the mountain side of the hotel. The hotel is close to Kailua-Kona and is close to the pier, so you can use the "hop-on hop-off" bus from there. Heleon Bus can be used to move to other places of the Big Island.
