I am the CEO of Bancomail and have disclosed my conflict of interest on my user page. The previous draft was correctly removed as promotional. This guide talks about it, but you need to show that your subject is notable in WIKIPEDIA standards. Expand the draft and cite reliable sources after every claim made if possible. When you're confident your draft can pass a review, just click the blue submit button and wait till your draft gets reviewed.
