About your comment at the AFD on Shelly Kittleson, the nom was not a joke nomination if you were wondering, I couldn't find no sources about the woman herself before march 31st and april 1st. You said I cannot find any sources before yesterday and today in the context of the AfD which concerned an article about (as you observed) a single event. In that the event was less than two days old, that read to me like something out of Monty Python. Apparently it was not deliberate humour, you meant sources concerning the person, not just about the event. It perhaps demonstrates how risky the argument from silence can be.

I note that the AfD has closed as consensus to keep the article with a suggestion that it might be renamed. I think that's a good call, there even seems to me to already be consensus to rename. I'm involved but were that not so I'd be tempted despite the controversy to invoke IAR and MWOT and boldly move the article as according to that consensus. Andrewa (talk) 00:51, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
