I have reverted your move of the article to userspace - the article should remain in place until the deletion discussion is complete, and would in no way short-circuit that discussion in any case. Thanks for your contributions to Arctic Amplification. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because of the discussion at the AfD. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
