@Cavarrone Since there was only 1 (weak) !vote, you should've probably closed it as WP:SOFTMERGE, not as merge. Because your closure wasn't soft, the discussion can't be overturned as easily.

@Johnbod I'd be bold if I knew how to do it. It's called WP:BOLD. For someone acting like a say-it-all user you don't know a lot of things. You are acting as if in my close I ignored any argument against merging, when there were none, the discussion looked like an open-and-shut case, and noone including FaviFake above noticed or argued the two articles were about different entities. One month later an editor opened a discussion asking for opinions, you immediately jumped in, called people "just idiotic" and pretended to turn upside down a discussion that had already been closed on the basis of elements emerged one month later in a different discussion in a different page, which is nonsensical and procedurally out of line. @FaviFake, I retouched the closure to cut the drama short and because it did not really changed the substance of the closure, but there were plenty of other ways to get the consensus reverted, the easiest and most procedurally correct one would had been getting some minimal consensus in the Hamilton Psalter discussion that had been started and then remove the merging tags, without the need of reassessing an old AfD. --Cavarrone 12:01, 6 July 2026 (UTC)

I'm not going to challenge your relist, but I believe WP:RELISTBIAS is relevant here. 'Don’t relist discussions with low or no participation in the absence of any dissenting opinions. For articles, admins can treat them as expired proposed deletions, usually resulting in immediate soft deletion.' This one has an additional support for redirection. I note that you have been told about this before.

WP:RELISTBIAS is an essay. And the specific case, with an article that had passed the AFC scrutiny and a reviewer considered notable, IMO was not such an open-and-shut case whose best handling was soft deletion. As someone who routinely close or relist hundreds if not thousands of AfDs, I know complains are part of the game, you digging back hard and only finding that relevant comment from a year ago (I don't remember the context), with hundreds of relists since then, probably confirms that my relists are not as "poor" as you suggest. In this case, whether the subject has SIGCOV, which myself and another editor have assessed that it doesn't. Never meant to imply that the number of relists or the quantity of work are relevant to this specific relist, but you used a similar argument (pretty poor argument to use as well?) when you raised the you have been told about this before argument to support a poor relist remark on this unrelated case, so I wanted to provide some (verifiable) context. _{For the record, my relist-related complaints would not be completed without User_talk:Cavarrone/Archive_15#Relisting_of_Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Brooke_Monk_(3rd_nomination): I eventually reverted my relist, the page was relisted by someone else, and was finally closed in a different way than the one suggested in my talk page.} Could I have been wrong in this particular relist, and should the page have been soft deleted or redirected instead?
