On the Talk page of the article, currently rated C-class. If you believe your improvements are significant enough, you can change that to B-class, or leave that decision to another editor. The next step up would be "Good article". That requires requesting a GA review and the reviewer approving the quality of the article, typically after asking for dozens of changes that you would be called upon to make.
