Possibly notable, but the sourcing isn't good enough. Ref. 1 is fine, but Refs. 2-5 are primary and/or non-independent, and the rest aren't about the subject. Tone is also somewhat promotional. The formatting and malformed references are suggestive of AI use; this is not forbidden but requires extreme attention to detail with the referencing, to make sure that all sources are cited for statements they actually make.
