Hey, very good of you to disclose your COI like this.

However, I would like to suggest that if you want to make a draft to have others review, that you use Drafts or a Sandbox for this. The way your draft was, excuse my language, 'dumped' into the talk page leads to its sections being recognised as separate 'topics'. Talk pages should always consist of topics, added by users, which sign their comments, which get responses from other users who sign their comments.

Currently, most if not all of these "topics" (that you intended as sections) are now unsigned. Could you please try to fix this. (I sometimes try to fix it for others, but I am very tired now, so sorry I cannot help you now.)
