I'm going to assume that you are, as you say, the photographer and/or copyright holder of that pic. However, it's possible that someone else, sooner or later, will think it's a good chance you just found that pic online and uploaded it anyway, in which case it would be a copyvio, and nominate it for deletion. Believe or not, but that happens quite a lot.

It may never happen. But if you want, you can prove your ownership in advance, preventing this snag. Go here: Commons:Volunteer_Response_Team#Declaration_of_consent_for_all_enquiries and use the blue button. It will help you create a mail and tell you where to send it, proving your ownership via non-public communication. Hope this helps some.
