Speedy deletion nomination of Category:United States District Court for the Eastern District of California prosecutions

A tag has been placed on Category:United States District Court for the Eastern District of California prosecutions indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. ✗plicit 14:10, 22 April 2026 (UTC)
CTOP editnotice cleanup
(Summoned by RAA) Hi, I was cleaning up Category:Editnotices whose targets are redirects just now and noticed there's a few entries that already have an editnotice at the target. I see that the documentation for the tracking category mentions some CTOPs intentionally leave these editnotices duplicated. Am I correct in thinking that this is appropriate for ones from merges (which should just have |redirect=yes), but not redirects-from-moves? And are the ones on redirects-from-moves (like the Fida'i editnotice) eligible under WP:G8, or would they need to go to TfD? I generally avoid editing in CTOPs so I thought it would be best to get some clarity beforehand. Thanks, ScalarFactor (talk) 19:58, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
- Hey, @ScalarFactor! This isn't exactly my wheelhouse, but I would agree that where an editnotice is to a redirect created by pagemove, and there's no obvious reason to have an editnotice there, deletion is probably the right move. TfD makes sense, G8 probably doesn't apply, but G6 might? theleekycauldron (talk • she/her) 20:09, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
- ScalarFactor, if you're monitoring here still, I've replied to the thread over at Annh07's talk page. Best, Staraction (talk · contribs) 22:11, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
Thanks
I don’t know why ArbCom looked past the off-wiki evidence, it’s especially upsetting for me as a descendant of genocide survivors, but it is what it is, I certainly can’t do anything about it. I might say they don’t look like a new editor, see summaries: , , , , . KhndzorUtogh (talk) 05:34, 25 April 2026 (UTC)
Law project - How Do I add a Peer review to the Law Project page?
HI Leeky, I'm finally getting around to listing my article for peer review. I'd like to add it to the list of peer reviews on the Law project. How do I do that? Thanks, Mr Serjeant Buzfuz (talk) 01:30, 26 April 2026 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Go to WP:PRG and follow the instructions there - when you use the peer review template, use the topic=socsci (i.e. social sciences & society) parameter. Good luck! MiasmaEternal☎ 03:40, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
- It worked! Now listed on the Law Project page. Thanks so much! Mr Serjeant Buzfuz (talk) 04:54, 28 April 2026 (UTC)
