Refs in English are preferred, but not required. Right now the article has no refs and is in danger of being nominated for deletion. (It used to be longer, but content was removed bacause no refs.) It was contested as the article in question pertains to a movie theatre named Roxy Cinema in Singapore, not the Roxy Cinema in Vermont as shown in your 'Article for deletion' link. Additionally, sources do exist for this Roxy Cinema, which are provided in my contestation against your request. @Miminity I understand. I received a message a couple of days that the article may not meet WP:EVENT since there was not much of a lasting impact. I did forgot to mention that it was one of Singapore's first experiences with terrorism.
