I’m looking to create a wikipedia page for one of my musical artists. He dosent high notability but it’s best if his name is already out there so people can see who they are dealing with. I would also like to add that i would need just slight help developing his page for him. - If you think your subject is notable enough in their profession then see WP:NMUSIC, if they pass then you may create page.
- As you mentioned that they doesn't hold High notability, this may disrupt your wish about creating page about them. If you start any page about your subject then i will help you at any point, do let me know. To start a new article, see: WP:1ST and WP:N.
