Unfortunately we are not seeing the appropriate sources to determine notability here. Most of the sourcing is to Wikipedia articles, directly or indirectly, which isn't allowed under WP:CIRCULAR. Using a previously deleted Wikipedia article is not going to work. Instead we need to see some independent reliable sources that cover the subject in detail. The layout here is also not in line with the usual layout for articles. Please have a look at WP:YFA and some other articles on similar people.
