Ermine

Hi Ktappe... A quick reply because I'm on my way to fix a different page... The only reason I thought that stoats were called ermines in N. America even when not white is that is what previous editors on the stoat page had said - with due reference as I recall. I'd be happy if it's not true. seglea (talk) 22:11, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
