Yes, Brian, I noticed it - fleetingly and with due disdain . Apparently someone out there is compiling a case against Legacypac. He'll be hoist by his own petard before the year's out and lose his Wikipedia hobby. You blocked this user in December 2014 for sockpuppetry, and there was more socking as recently as August 2015. That's six months ago now, and at their SPI they seem like a genuine editor who was just getting things wrong, so do you have any objection to a Standard Offer unblock?
