Welcome!
Hello, Lya W, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Panamint chipmunk
Since your edits to the Panamint chipmunk article were flagged by the AI detector, I had a look at your additions to article. While a lot of them have supporting citations, a lot of the citations don't support the content they're being cited to support.
This is fairly common with AI-generated text, because AI can't actually "understand" what it's saying. While I suspect that a lot of what you added is correct, they can't be verified from the sources you provided. Please fix these problems as soon as possible - make sure that the sources agree with the statements they're being used to support. Because content in Wikipedia is rapidly propagated through the web (and back into LLMs) it's extremely important that you fix this content as quickly as possible.
