Your submission at Articles for creation: Beru Lars (February 23)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by KylieTastic was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject. Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
  • If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:Beru Lars and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
  • If you now believe the draft cannot meet Wikipedia's standards or do not wish to progress it further, you may request deletion. Please go to Draft:Beru Lars, click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window, add "{{Db-g7}}" at the top of the draft text and click the blue "publish changes" button to save this edit.
  • If you do not make any further changes to your draft, in 6 months, it will be considered abandoned and may be deleted.
  • If you need any assistance, or have experienced any untoward behavior associated with this submission, you can ask for help at the Articles for creation help desk, on the reviewer's talk page or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help from experienced editors.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Owen Lars (February 24)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Novem Linguae were:
This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources.

The comment the reviewer left was:
On Wikipedia, minor characters in fiction are often included in a list of characters. Owen Lars is included here: List of Star Wars characters#Owen Lars. To give Owen Lars his own article, enough reliable sources with significant coverage must be found to pass WP:GNG.

February 2021

Information icon Hello, I'm AussieWikiDan. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. AussieWikiDan (talk) 14:30, 24 February 2021 (UTC)

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. While everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one of your recent file uploads, such as your addition to C-3PO, had missing or false information regarding its source and copyright status. Please note that Wikipedia takes copyright and copyright infringement very seriously. Images and other media may only be uploaded and included if their copyright status meets the conditions stated in our image use policy, and if their provenance is clearly documented. If you have questions, feel free to ask at the copyright question page or on my talk page. Thank you. AussieWikiDan (talk) 14:32, 24 February 2021 (UTC)

Disruptive editing

For this edit. Please refrain from making disruptive and test edits to Wikipedia. At this point almost every edit you've made has been reverted or undone by one of many editors. Please read all the guidelines and policies listed in the welcome template at the top of your talk page. I should point out to you that on Wikipedia competence is required and currently you're just disrupting and causing a lot of cleanup work for other editors who come in behind you. If you cannot learn to edit in a manner that is compatible with the project, and make edits that are not instantly reverted by other editors, you may be blocked from editing. I know you're trying to edit in good faith, but to be honest your edits are not at this point competent. From uploading blatant copyright violation images that you just found on the internet, to inserting random links, to removing references without any reasoning as to why. From trying to insert name drops to George Lucas where not appropriate to changing displayed images to less appropriate images without realising why they're not appropriate in the context. Please try and think on your next edits whether or not this edit is suitable for an encyclopaedia, is it written in an encyclopaedic manner, is it in the appropriate place and does it violate anyone's copyrights. Currently the edits are not constructive.

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you.
