I can't speak on behalf of the reviewers, but adding reliable secondary sources certainly wouldn't hurt, if these subjects have entries on Farsi Wikipedia you might use those references. Is it acceptable to simply use google to try and find more examples from each province, and check their website for an address? How formal does something like finding a location/address/reference date need to be?

@Fenrirtheyapper: Secondary sources are preferable here. These can come from a website, using Google is fine, and so is adding a PDF as a reference as long as it's reliable. As for formality, when adding a new reference, just fill in the author, the publisher, the date the source was published and the date you retrieved it.
