Draft declinedThank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
FeedbackThe reviewer, ChrysGalley, left the following feedback:
Reliable sources include: reputable newspapers, magazines, academic journals, and books from respected publishers.
Unacceptable sources include: personal blogs, social media, predatory publishers, most tabloids, and websites where anyone can contribute.
Replace any unreliable sources with high-quality sources. If you cannot find a reliable source for the material, it should be removed.
A bit more work on this please, but it is an interesting article. I think the notability is there with the SMH obituary and Art Gallery of NSW, but it's towards the lower side of what can be accepted. The Penguin link doesn't work, at least at the moment. But it's not allowed to have direct links inside articles, they have to come out and converted into references, and you need that for notability too (the one relating to his death). If you could remove them and sharpen up the sources that would be great.
The auction site: my suggestion would be to get a copy into Wayback since auction sites often delee content when they get bored. Use the archive parameter to ensure this doesn't happen.
