Two main problems (and there are others): Wikipedia has a definition of notability, which will be the WP:GOLDENRULE or more likely here WP:NAUTHOR. There isn't here significant coverage by multiple independent sources. For NAUTHOR, one version of that is "two books, two book reviews each", which presumably can be achieved.
Second problem is that the bulk of the article is completely unsourced. So in addition to the notability question, all key facts will need reliable sources. Quite a fair bit of work will be needed here.
