Hi @Waffle711, I moved your sandbox back to userspace because it didn't have the necessary secondary sources that demonstrates this topic is notable for Wikipedia. An article requires 2-3 sources which are reliable, independent, secondary sources, which talk at length about the topic of the article (Delay in this case). I suggest that you take another research dive into Delay to find secondary sources with journalistic rigor that are focused on them. Let me know if you have any questions.
