Re: Trump misleading statements AfD
Hello, I hope you don't mind me dropping by, and I hope this post is okay. (I think current-AfD discussions can be sensitive? I only know we're not supposed to talk about them offwiki but let me know if talking about them on a user talk page isn't allowed either.)
I'm a pretty new WP user (account is from 2023 but only started editing this year) and I saw you commented that you had no opinion or comment at this time on the Trump article. Would you mind if I asked why? I felt it was a fairly cut-and-dry decision, but seeing a senior editor say this makes me question if I'm approaching this AfD incorrectly or if there's another angle to think about it, so I'd really appreciate hearing your reasoning if you're open to discussing it (no pressure, of course). Fwiw, I'm not from the United States, but I thought the existence of the article was important. Felinaex (purr / pawprints) 02:30, 2 June 2026 (UTC)
