Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to CarPlay, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. CarPlay photo
You seem intent on using your own photo of CarPlay in the relevant article, even though it is of lesser quality and composition than the one that was in the article previously. Why is that? Discuss on the relevant talk page if you think yours should indeed by included. Seasider53 (talk) 12:40, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
- My picture is to depict the music features CarPlay can use when connected to your phone. This includes options to choose, skip, play/pause a song. Wikisam240 (talk) 15:03, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
- I have reinstated the image as of Wikisam240 (talk) 15:06, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Palabristas-logo.png

Thanks for uploading File:Palabristas-logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:39, 9 February 2026 (UTC)

Non-free rationale for File:ICEBlock app icon.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:ICEBlock app icon.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under the non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Draft:67. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Sugar Tax (talk) 23:56, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
Introduction to contentious topics
You have recently edited a page related to gender-related disputes or controversies or people associated with them, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at User talk:2405:9800:B950:711E:41BE:E6EE:6A14:3F14, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Don't blank other users' talk pages. Sugar Tax (talk) 00:10, 1 January 2026 (UTC)
Disruptive user-page
Having a "banned" notice on your user-pages (enwiki and commons) is disruptive. It mis-represents an action (or lack thereof) of WMF, and it incorrectly places you in (and analogously on commons). Please remove that banner. DMacks (talk) 18:48, 26 December 2025 (UTC)
- Hello DMacks, I'll look into this further. However, did you read the notice below saying this was not actually performed by the WMF and is intended to be funny? Wikisam240 (talk) 20:28, 26 December 2025 (UTC)
- Yes, I did read that notice. It doesn't change the fact that a huge formal thing followed by a small "just kidding" is disruptive by appearance, and the cats are still there. DMacks (talk) 01:52, 27 December 2025 (UTC)

Please do not introduce links to draft articles in actual articles, as you did to RSC. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. LaffyTaffer💬(she/they) 19:17, 2 December 2025 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Terry Crews, you may be blocked from editing. RachelTensions (talk) 01:47, 20 November 2025 (UTC)
