are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
are independent: not connected to the subject, such as press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
It's possible this organization is notable, but sources do not adequately prove it. You don't only need sources, you need source that cover the topic beyond just a WP:PASSINGMENTION of the party's name. Think like several paragraphs specifically about the party in multiple sources. So far the sources just briefly mention the party's name, with by far the most attention being on Hwang. At present it's seeming like maybe this party shouldn't have its own article, and instead be a redirect to Hwang's article.
