I would like to raise a concern regarding conduct during our ongoing discussion at Talk:List of Jackie Chan Adventures characters.

Over the course of the discussion, you have repeatedly attributed positions and statements to me that I have not made, including claims that I described the Jackie Chan Adventures Wiki as "reputable" or "most reputable," that I am the moderator of that site, and that I am engaging in self-promotion or editing with a conflict of interest. None of those assertions are correct.

I have stated on multiple occasions that I am not affiliated with that site, and I have never described it using the language attributed to me. Despite those clarifications, those allegations have continued to be repeated.

In addition, comments suggesting that my position is motivated by prejudice toward Chinese culture or Chinese people are unsupported and do not accurately reflect my arguments. My comments have focused on sourcing, verifiability, and how Wikipedia summarizes information from sources. Disagreement over content does not justify attributing personal motives to other editors.

I am therefore asking that future discussion remain focused on content, sources, and applicable Wikipedia policies rather than speculation about other editors' identities, motives, affiliations, or personal views. Per WP:AGF and WP:NPA, content disputes are best resolved through discussion of sources and policy rather than assumptions about the editors involved.

I am posting this in the hope that we can keep future discussion focused on the content issue itself and avoid further personal speculation. TheDonEmilioBarzini (talk) 12:54, 14 June 2026 (UTC)
