Víctor Manuel Rebolledo González (born 6 June 1949) is a Chilean politician and lawyer who served as member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile and also served as minister of State.[2]
In 2013, Rebolledo was a pre-candidate for the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.[3] Similarly, he was a candidate for a seat in the Constitutional Convention.[4]
Professional career
He was born on 6 June 1949.[5] He is the son of Víctor Manuel Rebolledo Carrasco and María Yolanda González Villarroel.[5] He married María Soledad Lascar Merino and is the father of Víctor Manuel, Pablo, Francisca, and Daniela.[5]
He completed his secondary education at the Internado Nacional Barros Arana.[5] He later entered the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree. He was admitted to the bar before the Supreme Court on 24 January 1977.[5]
In 2016 he earned a PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, with the dissertation "Desarrollo constitucional chileno desde la constitución de 1980".[5]
