Vicenzi S.p.A., also known as Vicenzi Group, is an Italian food company based in San Giovanni Lupatoto. It was founded in 1905 by Matilde Vicenzi.

Vicenzi produces a range of biscuits and cakes under its brands Matilde Vicenzi, Grisbì, and Mr. Day. With four production facilities in Europe, the company exports products to about 70 countries and offers private-label production services.
In 2005 Vicenzi bought from Parmalat the bakery plant of Nusco,[1] opened in 1984.[2]
In 2015, after experiencing several years of difficulties following the economic crisis, Vicenzi Group recovered.[3] It established Vicenzi USA, a commercial company with a logistics base in New Jersey. After joining the Elite programme of the Borsa Italiana, a training programme for companies preparing for a stock market listing,[4] the company appointed an external manager to its leadership in 2016, as none of Giuseppe's three daughters intended to manage the business. The group subsequently sought a private equity fund to acquire a minority stake, as it had more than €30 million in bank debt, part of which had been incurred to finance the acquisition of a business division from Parmalat.[5] Consolidated revenue amounted to €124 million in 2019.
