Voucher privatization (Czech: Kupónová privatizace, Russian: Ваучерная приватизация, romanized: Vauchernaya privatizatsiya) is a privatization method where citizens are given or can inexpensively buy a book of vouchers that represent potential shares in any state-owned company.
