Served as mayor of town with a sub 10,000 population in the 1850s. Only sources are Family Search and could not find WP:SIGCOV or WP:RS. Fails WP:GNG and WP:NPOL. Article previously prodded in December 2023/January 2024, but deprodded by another user due to article being more suited for a redirect. EaglesFan37 (talk) 03:54, 11 January 2026 (UTC)

- Delete No significant coverage. Only source is genealogy websites.–DMartin (talk) 06:43, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
- Delete Fails WP:NPOL. I checked the connecticut state database to see if they had ever held an office of the state legislature and they had not. TulsaPoliticsFan (talk) 18:46, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
- Delete. Even smalltown mayors can qualify for articles under NPOL #2 if the article is well-sourced and substantive, but mayors (even in big cities) do not get an automatic notability freebie just for existing as mayors per se — but this literally just says that he existed without saying anything at all about the significance or impact of his work, and is "referenced" entirely to primary source genealogical documents rather than any evidence of WP:GNG-worthy coverage about him in reliable sources. - Delete Article currently lacks any sufficient sourcing to meet WP:BASIC. No evidence that any such sourcing actually exists. AusLondonder (talk) 20:44, 15 January 2026 (UTC)
