This is quite a mess on the topos, where the label jumps around between two different but very similar areas. And here the problem is that our only testimony for the nature of the place is Baker, once again, and looking at the topos and aerials, this looks like a very early residential development. - Delete I have seen a few of these and kept meaning to look into them and what "Baker" is. Judging by the title of the book, it would make a good source for something that existed already, but isnt good as the basis of an article. Metallurgist (talk) 02:58, 8 July 2025 (UTC)

- Yea, thats what I was getting at. It would be good as a second source (nb: not primary source), but not as the basis of a page. Which is to say, if there were other sources justifying the notability, it would be useful to add to that. Metallurgist (talk) 15:33, 8 July 2025 (UTC)
