I'm not totally sure what to do with this one. There is some WP:SIGCOV, but almost all of it is speculative ("this French-Cambodian player might be the next Cambodian national team star" kind of stuff) or focused on the fact that his father is famous in Cambodia. I can hardly find anything about his career—he no longer plays for the Mallorca Academy and has trained with the Cambodia U23s but, for what I can gather, never actually played. He might play professionally in Cambodia now, but it's a bit unclear. I think this is a WP:TOOSOON, and this article should be draftified. If the AfD decides it should stay as is, fine, but I think this player is wholly unproven and only episodically notable. Also, at the very, very least, the article should be moved to "Loïc Chan". • Delete I'd say WP:TOOSOON but at 20 and no senior appearances, the ship looks like it has already sailed. He hasn't even done the minimum to be featured on Soccerway, and SofaScore shows a three-year gap in his supposedly glittering youth career. We can't pretend this is one for the future, the next big thing, when he hasn't played at all and he's at an age where others have surpassed 100 top-flight appearances. This "ongoing pro career in one of most prominent Cambodian teams", the transfer hasn't even gone through yet, we don't know whether he'll play there either.
