This article doesn't seem to be notable from a novice perspective, but I'm unable to fully verify this due to a lack of experience in the subject. JarJarInks٩(◕_◕)۶Tones essay 23:47, 8 April 2026 (UTC)

- Keep (or, failing that, redirect to List of fossiliferous stratigraphic units in the Republic of Ireland). While the title is a permastub, a quick WP:BEFORE returns a number of sources which deal with the subject in some depth (albeit in the context of other similar formations in Ireland - hence redirect suggestion as AtD). See journal sources added to title. All three of which deal with the subject as a primary topic, and would allow for expansion. Can't support outright deletion. As issues noted in nom are WP:SURMOUNTABLE. (Including nom's experience :) ) Guliolopez (talk) 00:34, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you so much for finding those sources! As an aside, I found this article via Special:Random, which is why I was trying to work on/nominated it despite my limited knowledge. I’ll try to avoid doing that in the future except for clear-cut cases, especially for geography and geology related articles until I’ve learned a bit more. - Keep Thanks to Guliolopez for finding several sources that show sufficient coverage and should support an expansion beyond stub, if anyone is inclined that way. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 10:48, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
