Not sure if this file really passes WP:NFCC#1 ("No free equivalent") as there are currently up on Commons (not sure how they differ for "depicting Shakur during his lifetime"), but the image is from a collection owned by Getty Images, which seems to go against WP:GETTY: "Non-free images may not be used in situations including the following: A photo from a press agency or photo agency (e.g., AP or Getty Images), unless the photo itself is the subject of sourced commentary in the article." reppop^talk 01:01, 1 September 2025 (UTC)
