Item description: This template warned editors that a topic was subject to the extended-confirmed restriction. In its original form, the banner was only visible to non-extended-confirmed editors, and the You are an administrator, so you may disregard the message below collapse was visible only to administrators. This has been modified so all can see the banner in its full glory. Its behavior is now performed within Module:Contentious topics/talk notice itself, but must be kept around for attribution. The "message box just below this one" refers to the rest of {{contentious topics/talk notice}}.
