InstructionsMost socks can be reported to AIV and SRG or the Wikimedia stewards IRC channel for global locks/blocks. Personal attacks and death threats can be revdelled if needed. Do not warn socks, don't feed the troll. Instead report to AIV and SRG if abuse occurs. When blocking socks, make sure to disable email access as socks of this LTA are known to abuse it.

They will sometimes use registered accounts but will usually use IP addresses that geolocate to Bulgaria.
