The result of the discussion was: deleted - there is a backlog at OTRS, but it's not a five-month backlog. --B (talk) 18:32, 26 March 2013 (UTC)

File:Brookspiano.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).

• I originally deleted this file for lacking evidence of permission in September, but it was restored by another admin and tagged with {{OTRS pending}}. After contacting said admin a few days ago, there seems to be no development for this image's status. So, to avoid wheel warring, I'm nominating this for deletion here. — ξ^xplicit 02:19, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
• Delete until such time as the uploader has provided information that satisfies WP:ORTS. LightGreenApple _{talk to me} 05:15, 10 February 2013 (UTC)

The result of the discussion was: not deleted - I'm closing this as not deleted based on the uploader's statement that he is David Rolla. If anyone wants to, you are welcome to tag the image with {{subst:npd}}, but I'm not overly inclined to do that myself. --B (talk) 18:26, 26 March 2013 (UTC)

^ That's me - I shot the photo, and I want to share it. Should I remove the watermark? Nihil7 (talk) 02:23, 11 February 2013 (UTC)

I apologize about the long delay, but unfortunately there is a huge backlog here. Wikipedia has a requirement that any image first published elsewhere needs to have a statement of permission sent to the OTRS office. This is for your protection - it prevents someone from stealing an image from your website and claiming it as their own. In order to prevent File:Wrasse55.jpg from being deleted, please send a statement to permissions-en@wikipedia.org, stating (1) your real-world name, (2) that you are the photographer and copyright holder of this photo, and (3) affirming that you release the image under the GFDL and Creative Commons licenses shown on the description page. A sample statement that you can use is available at WP:COPYREQ. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you, --B (talk) 18:18, 26 March 2013 (UTC)
