• Uploader is unlikely to be the copyright holder. This appears to be a professional product photo for a Livid product similar to File:Livid DS1.jpg and File:Livid Base2.jpg which are more clearly copyright violations. Whpq (talk) 21:05, 11 June 2015 (UTC)
